Who's behind Arcline
Built by someone who runs production infrastructure for a living.
My day job is Infrastructure Engineering and Site Reliability in the healthcare industry — keeping critical systems running under pressure, where downtime has real consequences. I noticed that most small businesses were paying too much for IT that barely worked, managed by providers who treated them as tickets in a queue.
I started Arcline to offer something different. Today, I'm still the engineer who handles every project start to finish — but I've brought in a team to support you after delivery. We acquired Saibeo Solutions, bringing on their CEO, Ed Do, as our CTO who manages ongoing maintenance and support. My fiancée Kari A. joined as CMO to help get the word out to businesses that need real IT.
