Our Story
From One Engineer to
a Team That Covers You
Arcline started as just Blake. It's grown into a team — still built around the same philosophy: real expertise, real accountability, no runaround. Blake still handles every project from start to finish, with support from Ed (CTO) and Kari (CMO) who make sure you're covered after the build is done.
Why I Started Arcline
I'm Blake. My day job is Infrastructure Engineering and SRE across healthcare, banking, and insurance — keeping critical systems reliable under pressure, where downtime has real consequences. Over the years, I noticed a pattern: most businesses were paying too much for IT that didn't actually work well, managed by providers who treated them as tickets in a queue.
I started Arcline to offer something different. Every project is handled by me directly — not a help desk, not a junior tech, not an overseas contractor. If something breaks, you reach the person who built it. If something needs to change, you talk to someone who understands your setup completely.
The infrastructure I build runs on proven, stable technology — servers you own, storage that protects your data, security that actually works. No cloud lock-in, no surprise price increases, no black-box systems you can't understand. Just IT that works.
Arcline has grown. What started as just me is now a small team — but the fundamentals are the same. I acquired Saibeo Solutions, bringing on their CEO Ed Do as our CTO to manage ongoing support and maintenance after projects are handed off. My fiancée Kari A. joined as CMO to help get the word out to businesses that need real IT.
The core hasn't changed: I still handle every project from first conversation through delivery. You get the same direct access to the person who built your system. We just have more capacity to take care of you after the project is done.
What Arcline Stands For
Arcline exists to build IT infrastructure that businesses can rely on — built right the first time, documented clearly, and supported by someone who is accountable when it matters.
My background is in healthcare, banking, and insurance infrastructure and SRE. I've spent years managing systems that cannot afford to fail. Every Arcline engagement reflects that same standard: real hardware, real accountability, no corners cut.
What We Stand For
01
Ownership
The hardware is mine. The network runs on enterprise-grade equipment I manage directly. Not a rented VM at a cloud provider. Full ownership means full accountability — to you.
02
Privacy
Your data and traffic stay on infrastructure I control. No Cloudflare, no AWS, no third party sitting between you and your systems. Privacy isn't a marketing angle here — it's a core requirement.
03
Transparency
Pricing is clear before anything starts. SLAs reflect what I can actually deliver. I'd rather set honest expectations and meet them than overpromise and disappear when something goes wrong.
04
Real Expertise
Server infrastructure, networking, security, and infrastructure engineering are my day job. When something breaks, you reach someone who already understands your setup — not a help desk working from a script.
05
Reliability
Reliability comes from building things right the first time — proper monitoring, careful change management, and tested backups. It's not about promises. It's about how the work is done.
06
Fair Pricing
No intro pricing that doubles on renewal. No surprise fees. What you see is what you pay. There are no investors to satisfy and no growth-at-all-costs mandate pushing prices up.
